Lisa Wood – President, Sandwood Transport, Inc.

Lisa brings 29 years of knowledge from within the world of trucking. She has experience as a:

• Supply Chain Co-ordinator
• Business administration/Operations within the Aggregates sector
• Customer Service/Logistics within the Manufacturing sector
• Freight Broker

Lisa’s accreditations include:

• Diploma in Business Administration and Materials Management
• Bookkeeping Certificate
• Diploma from the C.I.T.T. for Distribution

Lisa specializes in oversize/over dimensional deck freight throughout both Canada and The United States. At Sandwood Transport, Lisa manages the accounting and brokerage departments.

Sandy Cunningham – Vice President, Sandwood Transport, Inc.

Sandy brings in 19 years of know-how from within the transportation industry. Her experience includes:

• Logistics Co-ordinator/Planner
• U.S. & Canada Customs in the automotive sector
• Freight Broker
• Dispatcher

Sandy’s accreditations include:

• U.S. and Canada Customs courses (CBP/CBSA)
• Excelling Manager & Supervisor Training
• Small Business Enterprise

Sandy specializes in cross border van freight as well as Canada and U.S. Customs. At Sandwood Transport, Sandy’s manages the customs, driver recruitment and truck divisions.

Sandy and Lisa are both shareholders of the company, each holding 50% of the shares.

Responsibilities when necessary, are shared and both contribute 100% into their company.
